Gemma Collins, Rosie Connolly and Victoria Beckham ...it's our celeb winners and losers of the week
DailyEdge praises those who rocked the week in celebland, while keeping a watchful eye on those who should just log off forever.
Losers:
Rosie Connolly
The 28-year-old blogger’s flight home to Ireland from London was seriously disrupted thanks to Storm Ali. She shared the ordeal to her Instagram story, saying that “Terrified, screaming passengers” were “throwing up” as her plane flew in and out of Ireland, eventually landing in Liverpool after six hours. We do not envy her.
Cardi B
There was a bit of uproar earlier in the week, after a transphobic meme was posted to Cardi B’s Facebook page. Winners:
Ashton Kutcher
Earlier this week, Ashton Kutcher was pulling out of a Hollywood movie studio when he hit a young man who was travelling on a scooter. That’s not why he won. He won because the guy escaped completely unscathed, bar a few scrapes and they made up and took a photo together.
It’s not every day a celebrity gets to walk away from knocking someone down in their Tesla with a wholesome selfie, comfortable in the knowledge that they’re not going to ham it up in the hopes of getting a claim. Both guys won in this situation, because being run over by a celebrity and having photos to back it up is the ultimate pre-drinks story.

Gemma Collins
Good old GC didn’t last too long on Celebrity MasterChef, for uh, obvious reasons, but she’s been offered a big opportunity for Dancing On Ice 2019. Initially, Gem wanted to go on Strictly, but they weren’t interested. A source told The Sun that “Strictly’s loss is Dancing On Ice’s gain.”
Doug Peters Doug Peters
Victoria Beckham
Early in the week, some footage of Victoria Beckham dancing to Spice Up Your Life at London Fashion Week went viral and it’s immediately clear that this woman is currently living her best life.
